Mr. Sean Floody brings a diverse and unique set of experiences to Maris Stella. He graduated from Wyoming Catholic College with a B.A. in Liberal Arts. While he was in school, he taught religious education and First Holy Communion class on the Wind River Indian Reservation. Following graduation, Sean moved to San Antonio, Texas to help open a new classical school, where he taught middle school Literature & Composition as well as Life Science. In 2021, Sean moved to Rayne, Louisiana to be closer to family and began pursuing trades, primarily horseshoeing and woodworking. In his free-time, Sean enjoys making music. He also loves to be outdoors and to work with his hands, whether it be fishing, gardening, or working on projects around the house. In Fall of 2023, Sean and his family moved to Saint Martinville, and he is excited to bring his skills, experience, and his love of the Catholic, Classical, and Cajun traditions.
