Mrs. Mary Frances Floody was born and raised here in south Louisiana. In 2019, she graduated from Wyoming Catholic College with a B.A. in Liberal Arts. While in college, she taught religious education and First Holy Communion classes on the Wind River Indian Reservation. Following graduation, Mary Frances moved to San Antonio, Texas to help open a new classical school, where she taught Fifth Grade from 2019-2020. During the 2020-2021 summer and school year, she tutored a number of students on a variety of subjects. In 2021, Mary Frances moved back home to Rayne, Louisiana and taught fourth grade at John Paul the Great Academy. She took a researching and writing job in 2022 that allowed her to work from home and take care of her babies. In the fall of 2023, the Floody family moved to Saint Martinville. Mary Frances is excited to serve the local community by guiding the little ones at Maris Stella Classical Academy!
